Okay, here’s the current news.

Listening to: Nothing specific. I have a small headache…

Gee, I'm sorry I haven't been very up-to-date lately, uh, blog. (Or if anybody reads this, I'd like to apologize to you too.) It's not like I have no news to tell. I do! Some of it's private, and some of it's just regular stuff. ...I guess I just didn't want to go through the effort and try to write something.

Anyway, I'll just make it simple. Here's the news that I am allowed to report (some stuff I might not remember at the moment):

1. I’m waiting for an order of two games. Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts: Chains of Memories! I swear I’m counting the days! It’s due some time in Febuary.

A complicated explanation: My dad wanted me to pick some games that I wanted for Christmas. I made a list (a fairly large one, I might add) and I gave him the links at Amazon. (This happened, like, 1 month and 1/2 later, from the day he asked me to make one.) He put them all in his "shopping cart," but it turned out that some of them couldn't be sent here, and the total cost was pretty expensive, so we took out some ones that weren't that necessary. So we only had 3 left, but just one other game couldn’t be sent here directly. We could have still gotten it, but I thought it was too complicated, so I just picked the last two, which are the ones I’m waiting for. Oh, and I was planning to get some more comics, but not all of them could be sent out of the U.S. so I gave up on those…

2. School is almost over! I know what you’re going to say! “WHAT?! You haven’t finished school yet?!” But it’s true. All I have left with schoolwork is a test, and two unfinished compositions for the test. Then I’ll a have a small vacation, I guess. Though I wouldn’t say school would be completely finished then, because I’d still have to wait for my test results…

3. I don’t really know if this would be considered news, since you probably already know I’m planning to go to art classes in February… but I found out a while ago that they start February 21st. I still haven’t registered, though.

4. We have a new girl in the house. Her name is Manuela. Isn’t that pretty? She’s pretty. She talks loads, though. I already know that much even though she’s only been here for 3 or 4 days.

An explanation: Just so whoever’s reading this is not confused, we have maids. (Liana has been here for a while… But Manuela is new. We had a 2nd before, but she was fired.) I never wanted to tell anybody that we had maids because I was too embarrased to admit it. We’ve had maids for a while… but just two. It’s normal here in Brazil.

5. Oh, I saw “Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events” a couple days ago at the theaters with my mom. It was good and kind of funny. But I was really surprised that Jim Carrey played good as Count Olaf. Usually he’s kind of weird… The only think that bothered me was that they mixed up the 3 books. I haven’t read the 2 other books, but I know for a fact that they didn’t put it in order because the play that’s in the ending of the first book is practically at the ending of movie. So that annoyed me. Otherwise it was pretty good. The baby, Sunny, was oddly funny.
---
I think that’s enough, don’t you? I wrote more then I expected. Just so you know, I didn’t put this in any order. I just wrote the first things that came to mind. But whoever’s reading this; I hope that was interesting for you, and that it freed you from some of your boredom.

I’m signing off. Hmm, the headache's still there. I probably need a break from the computer. Sayonara! (That’s what they say in Japan, right?)

AAAAGH, I AM SO ENVIOUS! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU'RE GETTING KINGDOM HEARTS AND KINGDOM HEARTS: CHAIN OF MEMORIES! AAAAGH, YOU LUCKY, LUCKY GIRL!!! I LOVE KINGDOM HEARTS!!!!!
Invite me over some time so I can play all your games with you. You're so lucky to have parents that are willing to get you basically anything you want for XMAS! OMG, I can't believe your dad actually let you give him a list and was gonna buy frikking ALL of them, whoa! You guys must be rich. Sorry to embarass you royally, but this is just...this is BIG. You are getting KINGDOM HEARTS, TWO KH games, for pete's sake! Let me scream a bit.
OK...I'm done screaming. I'm happy for you, that you got those games (I assume they've arrived by now, since it's February). Have you gotten to Wonderland yet in Kingdom Hearts 1? It's a challenge. Anyway...glad you got those games, cool, and that you seem to be doing pretty well aside from the headache. Yay, your school is almost over! Fabulous; it seemed like it lasted forever, huh?

OK, I must scream again. I'm sorry, but my honest reaction when I read about Manuela and that other girl...was..."YOU HAVE MAIDS?!"
I know, I know, you are probably sick of my screaming, and you said it's normal in Brazil, but STILL! That concept is hard for my brain to grasp. To think that you can call people over to DO stuff for you! No offense, I don't want to hurt your feelings, but I must say, having maids probably doesn't help make you any less lazy, does it? Sorry, sorry, had to say it. Sorry I'm so mean. Do you get stuff from the maids a lot, or do you mostly do stuff by yourself and they're just THERE?
Do they serve you your food? Do they know you're vegetarian and all? Sorry for all the question. It sounds like you dislike people who talk alot, since you said about manuela (pretty name), "She talks loads, though." What does she talk about? People who talk alot can be good friends if you share similar interests. How old is she?
Anyway...good luck on those test results. And I agree with you on Series of Unfortunate Events movie. It was pretty good for the most part though, wasn't it? Don't worry about being interesting; I'm always interested in 'what's up with Syama over in Brazil?" so even your babbly short posts are fun to read. Have you been checking up on my blog lately? There is a lack of commentation on my posts...V_V Not that I've had much to say. 'Nyway, must rush now, glad to know what's going on with you, seeyaround!
