New layout...

Had to change the layout-- it was starting to bug me to no end. I'm not entirely happy with this one either. Mostly because Blogger is being a pain with its colors!

If you're wondering who the character is, it's Okazaki Shinichi (aka Shin) from the manga NANA. A couple years ago I had this dream of making a site dedicated to him, because I was just darn' crazy about this guy. I still adore this dude, but not as much like a fangirl as I did when NANA was still updating.

I miss NANA, man. That manga is just beautiful and heartbreaking on so many levels.

I couldn't stand it.

I don't what else to say other than...I was sick of the bubble-gummy colors and the later realized excessiveness amount of pink. Seriously! Waay too many pinky tones. It would get anybody irritated after a while. Any sane person who doesn't utterly love pink, that is. 'Funny how someone can like something so much in the beginning, but if abused excessively (in my case, I looked too much at my blog!), will be hated later.

This layout is in tribute to my newest love, Death Note, as well as to my favorite characters, Raito/Light and L. The top images are taken from the manga and edited in Photoshop. I just put whatever texture brush I had available and smacked it on top. Don't you love textures? I think I've grown a new fetish with stripes too. Actually, I've always liked them, but now I like them even MORE. HAHA.<3

I'm in a weird mood right now.

...I'd love to ramble about the spell of love that has been casted upon me in regards to L, but I must refrain. He deserves a post of his own.

New layout once again

At first, when I switched my main blog to the new Blogger system, I was almost regretting it when I realized that I wouldn't be able to find other templates besides the ones that Blogger offers with the same coding that the Blogger beta. uses. But AHA! I realized that I still have my skill of editing templates and making them my own, so that is what I have done! New layout, totally candy colorful, 'sorry. I wanted something colorful and uplifting, and still silly enough to be me. Makes me think of a amusement park. The suttle pictures of manga characters are from an awesome manga called Yakitate! Japan.
