There are times when one doesn't have much to say. It is in times like these that I listen to music, ask for my inspiration to knock on the door, and write what comes out afterwards.
Hikki, (AKA japanese singer Utada Hikaru), caters to songs with quirky, questionable rythm and mixed, jumbled up feelings. I decided to listen to one of my favorites, "Hayotachi (Remix)", and what you see in italics is what came from listening to it. I want to do this more often. It makes me release whatever frustration I may have and feel better about everything.

You know, I'm sort of...awed by you. People who can write with other words going through their ears than their own...that is amazing. Myself, I usually don't write with music, and when I do, I prefer it to be instrumental music; I tend to start thinking about other things not related to my story when I listen to lyrical songs. So I'm happy for you and wowed, that you can do this - write and listen to songs with lyrics.
I really like what you produced. At first I thought it was part of a song, but then you said it was yours. It has this bouncy, not so rythmical feel to it, but that is a plus, not a minus. It is this thoughtful swaying thing...about life, about dance, about contemplation. I like how the "enemies and friends gather in one," and "each key singing with some crazy sweet sour thing called emotion."
Also, i think the little piece is more powerful being in present, or "hear," not "heard," point of view, and with the bolded "I."
I like it! Keep it up. This is an interesting writing experiment. :)
p.s. Love the new layout! it's easy to read, it's you, it's pretty, I like the orange and the soft colors; it's easy on the eyes.
