Ramblings of a girl who has too much to say.

The large package that my mom said she sent for Christmas arrived today. It was big, like she said. I sure didn't expect to find so many presents inside, though. To make it simple: it felt like Christmas all over again.

First, there was a bag. No just any bag, a fancy green nifty camping kinda bag with all kinds of compartments and pockets and even a place where you can put a laptop in! But it gets better... there were presents inside the bag, too! I got a set of Dr. Hauschka face cleaning products. (I could use those, heh.)

There was also a totally awesome jacket. It's hilarious, really. See, it's not just any jacket. For one, it's made in this really soft, nice material. Second, the sleaves are long and there's a long part at the end of it that dangles (kinda like a sleave in a medieval dress). Thirdly, the hood is big and is exactly like a joker's hat, basically. It even has a bell at the end of it. I love it~

I also got this long sleaved shirt that's green and yellow. It says "Friedrichshain" on the front in yellow letters. My dad's guess is that it's a name of a town or place. Either way it's a nice shirt!

And last but not least-- chocolate! If I had to choose anything good in Germany, it's the chocolate. It's the best.

Actually, the really "wow" of this whole package is the really big present, which was taking most of the space in the box. And I was totally speachless for a second when I saw it. I seriously would have never guessed if I hadn't seen it. It was a...telescope!!! My dad was totally into it and quickly put it together. Not that I'm not. I'm just... shocked. Who wouldn't be?!

After I took a few pictures of the telescope, I started taking pictures of myself for the heck of it (though most of them I ended up deleting). But I took three that really amused me. Basically, I wanted to see the difference in the different ways I put my hair up and down...

Yeah, that smile there was a total poser, especially that one with my hair in a ponytail... it looks so awkward! And yes, I was bored... and spaced out. Tell me which hair do thinga-ma-bob you like better! Ironically, I think my hair down looks the best in this picture. But I never have my hair down ('cause it's too hot out) and it is almost always put up in a clip (I rarely put it up in a pontytail). Plus, my hair rarely looks that good down. Only on some random occasions, but otherwise... it's just in the way!

Anyway... I'm just bored and really tired. Finally my headache is going away. I had it since I got back from school today. I think the shower I just took now helped. Oh, yeah. I forgot to mention earlier. Today was the first day of school! I'm in 8th grade now. It's weird. Oh, and did I mention that means I'll be turning 15 this year?! Fifteen here in Brazil is like "Sweet Sixteen" in the US. Seriously.

(I swear, this whole post was pretty much based on phrases alone. How scary is that?)

When I'm 64

When I get older, losing my hair, many years from now,
Will you still be sending me a Valentine, birthday greetings,
bottle of wine?

If I'd been out 'till quarter to three, would you lock the door?
Will you still need me, will you still feed me,
When I'm sixty-four?

You'll be older, too. Aaah, and if you say the word, I could stay
with you.

I could be handy, mending a fuse, when your lights have gone.
You can knit a sweater by the fireside, sunday mornings, go for
a ride.

Doing the garden, digging the weeds, who could ask for more?
Will you still need me, will you still feed me, when I'm sixty
four?

Every summer we can rent a cottage in the Isle of Wightif it's
not to dear. We shall scrimp and save.
Ah, grandchildren on your knee, Vera, Chuck, and Dave.

Send me a postcard, drop me a line stating point of view.
Indicate precisely what you mean to say, yours sincerely wasting
away.

Give me your answer, fill in a form, mine forever more.
Will you still need me, will you still feed me, when I'm sixty
four?

I am such a space-cadet.

I feel really stupid right now. I mean, really really really really REALLY stupid. For the past day and today I thought I was talking to Ana Paula's brother on MSN, but I just realized it's actually been Iago. And I made the mistake of mentioning Ana Paula, thinking it was Arthur, 'cause he was talking about a little brother (and knowing Arthur, I wouldn't be surprised if he said it jokingly like that), but it was Iago and I feel so stupid. And now he's offline... I mean, it's not like he didn't reply from that point, but once I started apologizing... after a minute or two of waiting for his reply he just went offline. And yes, I feel stupid.

I just need to make a mental note to always look at the email address.

Whew!

I just... I finally finished my Kadaj shrine-- after getting off of my lazy butt, of course! And now I'm aching to get off of the computer. So please, just go and take a peek and don't make me say anything else. ;_;

It's not much~

KH goodies

I want one of these. It's so cute and adorable and I just want one! According to this website, they're expected to be available in the US by March at a retail price of $12.99 each. You'll be able to find them at your local comic store, so they say. My question now is... when it is released, can you order online?!

...I want one~ ;__;
