Lately I can't read manga scans online without being extra-cautious. I know I should expect that, especially of the internet, but it's really starting to get on my nerves! My dads having a massage, so I'm all alone with nobody to talk to (my mom left today, btw.) I normally search for a manga to read to keep me company and get rid of my boredom, so that's what I have been doing for the past hour or so. But I've already came across 2 mangas with steamy situations. Shojo mangas, of course. But creepy ones nonetheless.
OK, OK! So the first was already kind of obvious by the title, which was Royal Seventeen (not to mention the summary) but I think "Hey, it's can't be that bad." Stupid me... Anyway, so I read the first couple pages and I go "whoa." But I continue anyway, thinking like before, it's can't be that bad... But it just continued, and I just had to stop.
That's when I come across the second one, which is called Yoru Made Matenai. The title or course tells you nothing, but luckily I had already read the summary somewhere else before. But the covers were already a bit obvious as well. So therefore, I sort of knew what I was getting into. But like before, I thought since it seems to be popular, it can't be... you know. I didn't read for long. It gave me more of the creeps than the other one.
...Guess that's the reality of life and internet likewise. It's so sad. And I'm so stupidly guilable!!! T__T
And now I've lost my appetite.

No, I'm joking. I know what you MEAN! I haven't encountered in manga much, thank god, but I have encountered bad-rated stuff in fanfiction that comes up suddenly and it's like, "WHOA!" Then I quickly X out but the horrible memories stay with me...
So these manga you found, how bad COULD they be? I mean, I don't get it. What, naked people? I mean heck, there's naked people in Ranma and IY - but it's only girls, so whatever, you know what I mean? So I'm guessing the stuff you found is worse than that...like two people, ack, or some crazy perverted crap. Ickness. I sympathize.
However, I also say - hello, the signs were THERE! You shoulda noticed them. The summaries always make them seem less everything than they are - less interesting, less strange, and in the case of the ones you found, less annoying/steamy/bad/lame-o.
Don't worry though, I'm gullible too! It happens to all of us gullibles. And some mangas out there are insane and filled with bad material. So beware!

Dude, I just thought of something...
You read LOVE HINA, for heaven's sake!!! LOVE HINA. That series is a ton about romance. There's awkward moments and nudity and that sort of thing lurking all over the place in Love Hina!
O.O Wow. The manga you found was worse than Love Hina (and Love Hina doesn't have that stuff in a bad way, but it IS part of the storyline)?!
Only now do I realize how horrible those mangas you read must have been, if they were worse than Love Hina.
